Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Johnny was first introduced to the stage at the early age of 13 years old after landing the role of Arty in the 1992 Canadian Premiere of Neil Simons Lost in Yonkers. After completing a five-month tour with the show across Canada, Johnny continued to be cast in numerous professional theater productions including ‘Alberta Theatre Projects’ critically acclaimed 'The Glorious Twelfth' and five seasons of Theatre Calgary's’ 'A Christmas Carol'. Johnny moved to Los Angeles to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He was cast in his first lead in The Lifetime channel's TV-movie, Oklahoma City. He then continued to be cast in T.V movies and episodic in Vancouver, Calgary, and Los Angeles. His T.V credits include recurring, guest and co-stars on Spin City, Without a Trace, OKeefe's, and Jag.  Feature film credits include Sony Pictures ‘Home Sweet Hell’, Dimension Films ‘Scary Movie’ and Sony Pictures ‘Zombie Strippers’. Independent film credits include Duck starring Philip Baker Hall. Johnny acted and co-produced James Madios' AppleBox directed by Rick Page starring Ron Livingston, James Madio, Bridget Marquardt, AJ Buckley, Rick Gomez, and Frank John Hughes. Most recently, Johnny co-created and produced a web series called The Hi-LIfe which can found at www.theHI-LIFEbar.com and on the YouTube channel 94PROOF.
